Scarlett Solo Wear produces custom and made-to-order sportswear. Please review your order details, sizes, colours, names, numbers and logos carefully before confirming your order.

Order changes before printing

You may request changes to your order while it has not yet entered the printing stage. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be changed, including changes to sizes, colours, names, numbers, logos, artwork or other custom details.

Custom and personalised orders

Because customised items are made to your specifications, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange simply because you change your mind. If we made an error in the approved order details or the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order details, contact us with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and confirm the appropriate solution.

Before sending anything back

Please do not return any item without contacting Scarlett Solo Wear first. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after the case is reviewed.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using an agreed method after verification. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider.
